Offer – Get 10% cashback on Mobile/DTH recharge using the Kotak Mobile Banking App 
 

Offer duration – 5th, 6th, 12th, 13th, 19th, 20th, 26th and 27th September 2015 i.e. every Saturday and Sunday in September 2015 

 

Steps to Recharge:-
1. Login to the Kotak Mobile Banking App`

 

2. Go to ‘BillPay’ in the bottom menu 

 

3. Select Mobile / DTH Recharge 

 

4. Select bank account / credit card for payment 

 

5. Select Operator 

 

6. Enter 10-digit mobile no. / DTH subscriber ID 

 

7. Choose a recharge plan* / enter recharge amount

 

1. This Offer is has been extended by Kotak Mahindra Bank (“Bank”) to only those of its account holders (“Customers”) who have not yet downloaded and logged into the Kotak Mobile Banking App (“App”) and  

those who have downloaded and logged into the App at a previous time, but have not logged into the App in the last 90 days from 5th September 2015 

 

2. All Customers who have been sent communication regarding this Offer via Email and/or SMS are eligible for this Offer whether or not the criteria mentioned above apply to them 

 

3. The Bank reserves the right to extend this Offer to any group of Customers, which it may deem fit 

 

4. Only successful Mobile/DTH recharge transactions that are done using the App and that fulfil the below mentioned criteria without being cancelled/reversed later will be eligible for cashback 

 

5. Only the first Mobile/DTH recharge transaction done in the Offer duration will be eligible for cashback 

 

6. A recharge amount of less than Rs.100 will not be considered eligible 

 

7. Maximum cashback to be rewarded per CRN will be Rs.100 

 

8. Cashback will be credited on or before 30th October 2015 in the Kotak accounts of eligible Customers, from which the recharge amount is debited 

 

9. The Bank reserves the right, at any time, without previous notice to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions, or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer,

whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether 

 

10. The decision of the Bank in all matters in connection with and incidental to this Offer shall be final and binding on all persons 

 

11. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai 

 

12. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions 

 

13. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have availed the same voluntarily
