TERRMS CONDITIONS:-

• These terms and conditions are applicable for the Pepsodent Offer (“Offer”), conducted by Hindustan Unilever Limited (“HUL”), in New Delhi and NCR, Kolkata, Chennai, Ludhiana & Nagpur (“Territory”), during the period of 10 Dec ’13 to 31st Dec 2013 (“Term”). Only adults (above the age of 18 years) are eligible to participate in this Offer.
• On participating in this Offer, the consumer will get the opportunity of receiving a free Pepsodent Germicheck Plus Superior Power toothpaste in exchange of the consumer’s existing toothpaste (“Exchanged Product”). The Exchanged Product shall be of a volume as nearly equivalent as possible to the volume of the consumer’s Exchanged Pack (+/-5g) provided however that the maximum retail price (“MRP”) of the exchanged product shall be equal to or more than the MRP of the Exchanged Product.
• To avail this option, a consumer is required to make a call to the Toll Free number 180030005686 during the term of the Offer to register himself / herself for the Offer (“Consumer”).
• Consumer can call on this number from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm
• The call center executive briefs the consumer about the offer
• These terms and conditions shall be deemed to have been entered in Mumbai, and all disputes arising herein shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai
