Terms & Conditons :-
- This Offer is from Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited ("Kotak" or "Bank") under an arrangement with Jasper Infotech Private Limited ("Snapdeal").It is open to all residents of India holding a valid Kotak/ING Credit Card, Debit Card & Net Banking ("Customers").
- Under this offer, customer can avail 10% discount on online purchases made using Kotak/ING Credit Card or Debit Card and/or 10% cashbackon online purchases made using Kotak/ING NetBanking on https://https://www.mytokri.com/out/?url=https://...apdeal.com or m.snapdeal.com or snapdeal mobile app during the offer period.
- Maximum discount amount / Cashback amount per Customer is Rs. 1000/- and valid for the first transaction during the offer period.
- Minimum transaction amount to be eligible for discount / Cashback: Rs. 7500/- (Rupees Seven Thousand Five Hundred Only).
- The Validity of the Offer is 10th March, 2016 till 11th March, 2016 (Both days included).
- Offer applicable on all categories and all sellers except 'Gold/Silver coins & bars'.
- For Kotak/ING Credit Card & Debit Card customers, benefit under the campaign will be given as the instant discount. Instant discount will be applicable only on the selection of bank offer at payment page, deferred cashback is not applicable on Debit & Credit Cards.
- For Kotak/ING Net Banking customers, benefit under the campaign will be posted as cash back into their account by 25th May 2016.
- Discount / Cashback is not applicable for Cash on delivery transactions
- To avail the discount, customers have to pay in-full with their Kotak / ING Credit Card or Debit Card or Net Banking and is not applicable in case of partial payments. In case, if a customer uses Snapdeal Gift cards no discount/¢askback will be applied.
- In case a customer is using his or her Kotak/ING credit card or debit card or net banking through a wallet service, this discount /cashback would not be applicable.
- Discount / Cashback is applicable over and above any promo code promotions running on the https://https://www.mytokri.com/out/?url=https://...apdeal.com, m.snapdeal.com and snapdeal mobile app.
- Discount / Cashback will be calculated on the net paid amount by the customer using Kotak/ING Credit Card or Debit Card or Net Banking.
- In case of a cancellation/refund, the discount amount will be deducted from the total refund due, while checking eligibility of the discount/Cashback.
- All Kotak credit card customers except Kotak Best Price Card, Kotak Reliance Card, Kotak Travel Agent Card & Kotak Corporate Card are eligible for the offer.
- Nothing expressed or implied in the Offer shall in any way waive or amend any of the terms and conditions of the existing Card member agreement with the Card issuer.
- By placing an order, the customer accepts all terms and conditions specified on Snapdeal.com
- Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state of Mumbai only.
- Kotak shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or inadequacy in the product and services rendered by Snapdeal, its agents or representatives and the Customer hereby agrees not to hold Kotak responsible or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses that he/she may suffer on account of the Offer
- Pictures of products shown in the communication sent to the customer either through mailers or advertised are representative only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products. Kotak shall under no circumstances be responsible towards the same.
- Products offered under this Offer are subject to availability from the respective participating seller of Snapdeal and accordingly Kotak in no circumstances shall be liable for non-availability of any of the products.
- Under no circumstance will the Offer/discount being offered be settled with cash in lieu by Kotak or by Snapdeal.
- Kotak will not entertain any correspondence regarding the validity or acceptability of any additional benefits offered by Snapdeal on its products and the same shall be at the sole risk and consequences of Snapdeal and without reference to Kotak.
- All government Levies like Sales Tax, TDS, any Local Tax, Octroi etc. shall be payable by the Customers as applicable at the time of the offer period.
- The Bank and Snapdeal reserves the right to extend or terminate this Offer or alter the terms and conditions at any time without assigning any reason whatsoever during the Offer period.
- Customers are not bound in anyway to participate in this offer. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a "best effort basis
- Any issue, dispute / complaint regarding the discount offer, products and services offered by Snapdeal, its agents or representatives must be addressed by the Customer to Snapdeal directly at help@snapdeal.com. Bank shall not entertain any communication in this regard.
- Any query/issue regarding the offer will be entertained till 30th June, 2016. Post such date, Kotak will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this offer from any persons.
- This offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer of the Bank.
- Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
- Customers are advised to read and understand the terms and conditions of Snapdeal before making the online purchase. Bank merely facilitates its Customers to avail the offers and it is no way concerned or connected in respect of the terms and conditions of Snapdeal for online purchase
- The decision of the Bank in all matters in connection with and incidental to this Offer is final and shall be binding on all persons
