This offer is valid only for logged in customers of Woohoo.in.
This promotional campaign (“Offer”) is offered by Amar Chitra Katha (“ACK”) under an arrangement with Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited (“Qwikcilver”).
Under this Offer, any customer who makes a minimum purchase of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees one thousand) worth of Gift Cards, Gift Vouchers and/or E-Gift Cards of any brand listed on the Woohoo.in website, will be eligible to get a discount code (“Code”) entitling him/her to a discount of Rs. 200/- (Rupees two hundred) on all purchases made on the ACK website ON A MINIMUM BILLING OF RS.750.
The Code will be mailed to the email id registered on the Woohoo website, of the eligible customers by 01-02-2015.
This Code is valid until 31st March 2016.
This Code cannot be clubbed with any other offers on the ACK website.
The Code shall not be re-issued in case the same is misplaced by the customer.
This Code is valid on all the products available on the ACK website except for the subscriptions and Readers Digest products.
There shall be only one Code disbursed per eligible customer.
Qwikcilver is merely a facilitator in this arrangement and is not the issuer of the Code.
The Code is made available on an ‘as is, where is’ basis. Qwikcilver does not undertake any liability whatsoever in this regard and shall not be liable for any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses whatsoever that a customer may suffer, sustain or incur in relation to this Offer. All claims arising therefrom may be directed to ACK.
Qwikcilver makes no warranties whatsoever in relation to the Code, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness of purpose, non-infringement of intellectual property or other rights of third parties.
Qwikcilver and ACK reserve the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to this Offer or withdraw the Offer at any time with/without prior notice to the customers.
All decisions by Qwikcilver/ACK regarding eligibility for the Offer shall be final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained in this connection.
Participation in this offer is voluntary. Any person availing of this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
