1. The Subscriber on purchasing a 1GB or 2GB, 3G Prepaid Internet Pack via the Vodafone App or Vodafone Website during the Online Weekend Offer shall get double volume data benefits under this limited period Promotional Offer. 2. This Promotional Offer is available only for two days i.e. 4th July 2015 and 5th July 2015 (“Offer Period”). Vodafone India may extend or shorten the Offer Period as they may deem fit and proper. 3. The Promotional Offer is available across all the circles of Vodafone India except Karnataka, Assam, North East, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh (West).4. The Promotional Offer will be available on 1GB and 2GB Prepaid Internet Packs, the Subscriber shall get 2GB 3G data on purchase of 1GB 3G Prepaid Internet Pack and 4GB 3G data on purchase of 2GB 3G Prepaid Internet Pack purchased via Vodafone App or Website subject to conditions of the Promotional Offer. 5. Subscriber agrees and acknowledges that the Promotional Offer is available and valid only on 3G Prepaid Internet Packs purchased online via Vodafone App and Website by payment through Credit/Debit Cards only. 6. Once the Subscriber has activated the 3G Prepaid Internet Pack purchased under the Promotional Offer, it shall be valid upto 28 days. 7. The 3G Prepaid Internet Packs purchased under this Promotional Offer are non-refundable, non-assignable and non-transferable under any circumstances. No substitution shall be given nor shall any exchange or redemption for an equivalent cash amount or in any other form be allowed under any circumstance. 8. Other than the double volume data benefits existing under the Promotional Offer, no other benefit will be available on the 1GB or 2GB 3G Prepaid Internet Packs purchased during the Offer Period. 9. No refunds will be given for any unused data and validity on the Internet Card. 10. Online Weekend Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any alternative offer or promotion of a similar nature. 11. Vodafone India reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Promotional Offer including the tariffs and its composition at its sole discretion at anytime as may be required inview of business exigencies and/or changes by regulatory authority and/or statutory authority and all such changes shall be binding on the Subscriber. 12. This Promotional Offer is subject to force majeure circumstances i.e. Act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the Vodafone India. 13. The Subscriber shall also be bound by the terms and conditions of the Vodafone Prepaid Enrolment Form as amended from time to time. 14. The Subscriber agrees not to hold Vodafone India, its officers, directors, employees and agents or representatives liable for any direct/consequential losses arising directly or indirectly due to either subscription of the Promotional Offer or arising otherwise. 15. The Subscriber shall indemnify Vodafone India, its officers, directors, employees and agents or representatives against all actual claims, liabilities, expenses, costs, loss or damage of whatsoever nature, arising out of or in connection with the breach of these terms. 16. Decision of Vodafone India regarding all transactions hereunder shall be final and binding and no correspondence shall be entertained in this regard. 17. Online Weekend Offer is subject to guidelines/directions issued by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, Department of Telecommunications or any other statutory authority from time to time. 18. By availing the Promotional Offer, the Subscriber confirms and waives the applicability of rules and regulations of the National Do Not Call Registry and agrees to receive promotional messages and alerts of the current Offer and updates about current and upcoming Offers and contests from Vodafone India, as it may in its sole and absolute discretion decide.19. The terms and conditions stated herein shall not override the terms and conditions of the Subscriber Enrolment Form/Customer Application Form. 20. Subscribers may contact the customer care regarding any queries, complaints, disputes pertaining to the Offer. 21. These terms and conditions are governed by Indian Laws. In the event of any disputes the same shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Mumbai.
