Campaign Date: 00:00 hours on 18th November, 2016 to 23:59 hours 31st December, 2016 (hereinafter referred to
as “Term”)
Partner: Apple Inc.
Details of the Offer:
Citibank N.A. (“Citibank”) and Apple are launching an Offer (hereinafter referred to as “Offer”) for the Term. Details
of the Offer extended to all individuals who are holders of valid Citibank credit cards issued in India (hereinafter
referred to “Customer”) are listed as under. However, the Offer is not valid on Citibank Corporate Credit Cards:

23000 Combo of: iPad Pro + any iPhone 7/7 Plus
18000 Combo of: iPad Air 2 + any iPhone 7/7 Plus
17000 Combo of: iPad Mini 2/4 + any iPhone 7/7 Plus
The above mentioned cashback will be credited on purchases of the above mentioned Apple combo range of
products, with Citibank Credit Cards (“Cards”) on non EMI transactions. The Offer is valid at select stores. The offer
is valid for first two transactions per card per month. Cash back amount will be credited on or before 90 business
days from the date of transaction on a best effort basis to all open and active Customers account. The timeline
provided for affecting the credit is only indicative of expected period and may differ from actual date of credit.
Offer Terms and Conditions:
 Every Citibank Credit card member (Customer) (except Citibank Corporate Card holders) may avail the
Offer during the Term.
 The Offer is applicable only for transactions starting from 00:00 hrs on 18th November, 2016 till 23:59 hrs
on 31st December, 2016.
 This Offer cannot be combined with any other Citi offer.

 This Offer is applicable on transactions done via Brand EMI on Plutus/Pine Labs POS terminals only.
Applicable cash back will be printed on the charge slip issued to the card member and needs to be
retained for future reference and communication with Citibank. All transactions whereby the charge slip
does not display the cash back details will not be considered eligible for the cash back.
 Cash back shall be credited on or before 90 business days from the date of transaction on a best effort
basis to all open and active card members’ account.

 The Offer is not valid on EMI transactions done at Point of Sale by the Customer on valid Citibank Credit
cards.
 The transactions for any approved claim of refund/replacement shall be excluded from this Offer.
 It is mandatory for the Customers to pay with a valid Citibank credit card issued in India to avail the Offer.
 Cash back will not be applicable for a transaction where a refund is processed. The refund amount will be
equal to card swipe amount and not the invoice amount.
