Terms & Conditions for 12th Anniversary Sale:

• The 12th Anniversary Sale offer (the “offer”) can be utilised only during the promo period, either on a one way/ round trip travel via bookings made across all channels.
• The discount is applicable only for non-stop flights, of both domestic and international sectors of SpiceJet Limited (the “Company”).
• The discount cannot be used on group bookings or together with any other discount, unless otherwise stated specifically.
• Flight schedules and timings are subject to change in accordance with regulatory approvals.
• In the event of change of travel plan, the customer will have to pay the fare difference amount along with change fee.
• In the event of cancellation of ticket/ booking, only the statutory taxes paid will be refundable.
• By way of making a booking during the promotion period, it is deemed that the participant has agreed to the Offer’s Terms and Conditions and SpiceJet’s Terms of Carriage.
• The use/ redemption of Offer shall also be governed by any additional terms and conditions communicated along with the promo offer.
• The Offer is not applicable for black-out dates.
• Company’s decision in reference to all matters related to the promotion shall be final and binding in all respect, and no correspondence, at all, in this respect, shall be entertained in any manner. The Company reserves the right to withdraw/ cancel and/ or amend the arrangement herein and these terms and conditions at any time, without any prior notice.
