Amazon.in Gift Cards ("Gift Cards") are issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited ("QwikCilver"), a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India and can be redeemed on www.amazon.in ("Amazon.in") across all products available on Amazon.in, excluding ebooks and apps. The Offer is only valid from 00:00:01 a.m. (IST) on 8th of August, 2016 to 11:59:59 p.m. (IST) on 10th of August, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as "Offer Period"), unless revoked by Amazon Online Distribution Services Private Limited ("Amazon") in its sole discretion without any prior notice (hereinafter referred to as "Offer Period"). The Gift Card Balance will be credited within a period of 30 (thirty) business days from the last date of the Offer Period. In case the product that has been purchased using the Gift Card balance is returned, the offer will no longer be valid. This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer of Amazon or promotion running on Amazon.in. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore only.
