This "McDonald™ Drive thru VIP Coupon" (hereinafter referred to as "Coupon") offer is brought to you by Connaught Plaza Restaurants Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Company/ McDonalds™) which is operating McDonald's™ stores in North and East India only.
Coupon would be issued at the discretion of McDonalds™ from select Drive thru counters of McDonalds™.
Such Coupon will be in the form of sticker which should be affixed on the front glass of the car to avail the offers that McDonalds™ would be bringing about from time to time at its select Drive Thru counters.
The Customer, on his next visit to Drive Thru counter, would be entitled to such ongoing offer at select Drive Thru counters.
Such Coupons in the form of sticker would entitle the customer to avail such on-going offers, at their subsequent visits, on a minimum purchase of 150 (inclusive of tax) during drive thru operating hours. A single offer would continue for a month or more or less, at the discretion of McDonalds™.
McDonalds™ would keep bringing such offers for the holders of Coupons from time to time. Such offers would be informed to customers through posters placed at Drive thru counters only.
The offer is valid on select drive thru purchase only.
The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer/scheme of McDonalds™.
Any dispute shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.
In case of any dispute or difference of opinion with respect to offer(s), the decision of McDonalds™ shall be final.
The offer can be withdrawn/altered/changed at any time at the sole discretion of McDonalds™ without any prior notice.
