    1.Tickets have to be collected 45mins before the show time, else the seats would be allotted to other customers automatically. 2.Charges collected are towards the reservation charge only, it does not include the ticket cost. 3.Ticket cost has to be paid at the counter after producing the booking reservation number. 4.Book My Show does not have any information on the ticket cost. 5.Convenience charge will not be refunded if the tickets are not collected on-time at the counter. 6.Printout is mandatory to collect tickets
