This Offer is valid on all transactions in stores or Ecommerce / Online transactions done by Kotak Mahindra Bank ("Bank") Credit Card and Net banking Customers ("Customer").
This offer is valid for all transactions in stores or Ecommerce / Online transactions done between 15th October 2016 and 30th October, 2016 ("Offer Period").
Top spender on Kotak Credit Card and Net Banking each will be eligible for iPhone 7 everyday & top 10 highest spenders each on Kotak Credit card ("Customer") and Net-banking everyday will be eligible for Club Mahindra vouchers worth Rs. 7,500 and next 500 highest spenders each on Kotak Credit Card and Net Banking will be eligible for BookMyShow vouchers worth Rs. 200. Customer shall be required to bear all other tax charges and statutory fees on the product/voucheRs.
For a customer to qualify for Kotak Credit card / Net Banking highest spenders –
Minimum spends to be eligible for iPhone every day is Rs. 20,000, for Club Mahindra voucher minimum spend is Rs. 5,000 and for BMS vouchers the minimum spend is Rs. 200.
Each Day one iPhone 7 to be won by Kotak Credit Card highest spender and one iPhone 7 by Net Banking highest spender. 10 Club Mahindra vouchers each by Kotak Credit Card and Net Banking and next top 500 highest spenders each on Kotak Credit card and Net Banking will get BMS vouchers worth Rs. 200
Fulfilment of offers will take place on or before 31st December 2016. Full details of the same shall be shared with the respective winners at their registered email ids.
Cash transactions and balance transfer transactions are not eligible for this offer. Transactions which are reversed or cancelled will also not be considered. Refunds/ Cancellations / Reversals will not be considered as eligible transactions. Online recharges and online bill payments on Net Banking will not be eligible for this offer.
Cardholders classified as delinquent will not be eligible for this Offer.
This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer.
Please note that highest spends is subject to merchant settlement of transactions. Hence only transactions settled by merchants within the program period will qualify for the offer.
Both Primary and Add-On Cards will be eligible for the program.
iPhone 7, Club Mahindra vouchers & Book my Show vouchers offered to the Customers on transactions undertaken through their Kotak Credit Card and Net Banking only
Highest spender of the day will be decided basis total cumulative spends done during a calendar day on Credit card and Net Banking individually.
The Customer has to spend a minimum cumulative amount of Rs. 20,000/- to be eligible for iPhone 7; Rs. 5,000 to be eligible for Club Mahindra Vouchers and Rs. 200 for BMS vouchers
The Customer will be eligible to get any offer (iPhone 7/Club Mahindra Vouchers/ BMS) only once on Kotak Credit Card/Net Banking during the Offer Period. E.g. If Customer "A" qualifies for highest spend on Kotak Credit Card on 27th Oct, 2016 & then again qualifies for highest spend on Kotak Credit Card/ Net Banking on 30th Oct, 2016. He would be eligible for only one iPhone 7 for his 27th day spend (1st transaction to be considered during the promo period)
All customer will qualify for only one offer ( either iPhone 7 or Club Mahindra Vouchers or BMS) during the promo period
The names of the Customers qualifying for the offer will be declared on website once the campaign gets over.
In case of a tie between two or more Customers who have done the highest transactions, the Customers with the first transaction done during that day will be eligible for the offer. E.g. If Customer "A" & Customer "B" both have done the highest online transaction of INR 10, 000 on 25th June, 2014 whereas a Customer "A" does the same at 10:15AM & Customer "B" does it at 10:12 AM then cardholder "B" will become eligible for the offer.
In case the Customers email id is not registered, bank will be unable to intimate the Customer regarding offer. In such a scenario the Customer will be called by a bank representative and the Customer will be informed that the offer will be sent only once the customer updates his/her email id. Customer needs to call up customer contact center once the email id is updated and the voucher will be sent to him/her.
An eligible Customer should redeem the offer within the validity period mentioned in the mailer containing the terms and conditions
Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the product/ vouchers.
Transactions done through Netc@rd /ATM Cash transactions and online cash transfers would not be considered for the Offer.
Any transaction where in the opinion of the Bank there is reasonable evidence that the transaction is not authentic or genuine and the Cardholder has indulged in deceit/fraud of any nature to claim the offer, shall not be eligible for the offer.
Any participation in this offer is voluntary. Any person availing of this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
The Bank reserves the absolute right to change / modify / withdraw / suspend / cancel this offer at any time without giving any notice and without assigning any reason.
The decision of the Bank in all matters in connection with and incidental to this Offer is final and shall be binding on all persons.
The Bank holds out no warranty and makes no representation with respect to the performance of services of the respective vendors (i-Phone 7, Club Mahindra and BookMyShow). In case of any query or dispute in this regard, the Customer is required to resolve the same directly with the respective vendors without any reference to the Bank whatsoever.
Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Cardholder due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the Cardholder. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Gift Voucher shall be payable by the Cardholder.
All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, irrespective of whether any other courts or tribunals have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
