3. Please ensure that all fields in the complaint form are duly filled in detail.
4. Minimum 3 photos of the room and the problems faced are mandatory to be submitted.
5. The claim should be submitted within 48 hours of checkout time
6. The claim form and images have to be emailed to clearly stating your goibibo booking ID in the subject.
7. Goibibo reserves the right to decide what percentage of your booking amount will be refunded
8. The money will be refunded in your gocash account. No cash refund requests will be entertained.
9. Claim decision will be communicated in 48 hours. The claim will be processed in 24 working hours post that.
