Details of the Offer extended to all individuals holding select Citibank Credit cards issued in India (hereinafter referred as “Credit Card”), (hereinafter referred to “Customers”) are detailed herein below.

 Rs 1000 cash back with select Citi Credit Card, on spends of Rs 5000 on Samsung Pay at points ofsale.
 Offer is valid from 00:00 Hours on April 5, 2017 till 23:59 Hours on May 5, 2017 (Offer period)
 The Offer is applicable on a cumulative spend of Rs 5000 on Samsung Pay, using select Citi credit cards
 The Offer is applicable for a maximum cash back of Rs 1000 per card during the offer period
Offer Terms and Conditions:
 This Offer is valid on Citi Rewards Credit Card, Citi PremierMiles Credit Card, Citi Cash Back Credit Card, Citi Prestige Credit Card, Citi Ultima Credit Card, IndianOil Citi Credit Card, First Citizen Citi Credit Card, IndianOil CitiBusiness card and CitiBusiness Credit Card.
 This Offer is not valid for Citi Corporate Credit Cardmembers.
 Add-on cards will be treated as separate cards.
 This Offer is applicable on a minimum cumulative spend of Rs 5000 per card during the offer
period.
 Customers would be able to avail maximum cash back of Rs 1000 per card during the offer period.
 The cash back will be credited within 60 days from the offer end date. The timeline provided for affecting the credit is only indicative of expected period and may differ from actual date of credit.
 Any disputes regarding fulfillment, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the products/services purchased under this offer must be addressed in writing, by the customers directly with the merchant and that Citibank shall not entertain any communication in this regard.
 The Offer is valid only if the Customer’s account continues to be in good standing and payment
continues to reach Citibank before the payment due date.
 Citibank shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, to a customer, directly or indirectly, by use or non-use of products/services under this offer.
 Citibank, reserves the right to, at any stage and at the discretion of all concerned parties, modify/change or alter the Offer Period.
 Neither anything contaied in these Terms & Conditions, nor the running of this Offer to which they apply, shall be construed as an obligation on Citibank to continue the Offer up to, on or after the Offer termination date.

 If this Offer and/or anything to be done by Citibank or any other entity in respect of this Offer is prevented or delayed by causes, circumstances or events beyond the control of Citibank or any other entity, including, but not limited to, computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, interception, fraud, technical failures, floods, fires, accidents, earthquakes, riots, explosions, wars, hostilities, acts of government or other causes of like or similar or other character beyond the control of Citibank or the other entity/ies, then Citibank and/or the other entity/ies shall not be liable for the same to the extent so prevented or delayed, and will not be liable for any consequences.

any, shall be borne directly by Customer and/or billed to the account of the Customer

, any Local Tax, Octroi etc., shall be payable by the
Customer as applicable at the time the respective Programs were offered
 Acceptance of these terms is a prerequisite for participation in this Offer. Such participation is
voluntary and is deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions mentioned herein.
 Customers are not bound in any way to participate in this offer. Any participation is voluntary
and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
 The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer and cannot be transferred or assigned to
any other person/customer.
 All liability with respect to the products purchased under this Offer lies with the respective seller
and Citibank shall be in no way responsible for the same.
