Important Note:
This Offer (as defined below) is valid only for new subscriptions created by Prime customers for a period commencing from July 05, 2017 to July 11, 2017.
Subject to the terms and conditions herein below, the cashback in the form of Amazon Pay balance will be credited within 60 days from the date of delivery of eligible order. This offer is valid on the first delivery of the new subscription only.
Customers would be entitled to the Amazon Pay balance cashback provided that the order is not cancelled by the purchaser or seller, and/ or the purchased product should not have been returned or refunded by the customer.
Offer Terms & Conditions
This Subscribe & Save Cashback offer (“Offer”) is provided by the brands set out at Annexure – I hereto (each a “Brand” and collectively “Brands”) and made available on www.ama...in and its corresponding mobile application/mobile site (collectively, “Amazon.in”) thereof by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”). Discounts/ deals are offered by participating sellers / brands to the total exclusion of Amazon
These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale to which you agree by using Amazon.in and the terms and conditions applicable for the Amazon Gift Cards (“Gift Card Terms”) issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited (“QwikCilver”). To the extent the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to the Offer only. To the extent the Gift Card Terms are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms shall prevail with respect to the Offer only.
You may only avail these Offers if you are: (a) located in India; (b) have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in; and © have a billing address in India.
Amazon Pay balance is a sum of all balances associated with Amazon Gift Cards (“Gift Cards”) in your Amazon.in account. Amazon Gift Cards are issued Qwikcilver and are subject to the Gift Card Terms.
This Offer is valid from July 05, 2017 to July 11, 2017, both days inclusive (“Offer Period”), unless revoked or extended by the Brands in their sole discretion without any prior notice.
In order to be eligible for the Offer, a customer must:- (i) Be a prime member of Amazon.in; (ii) Create a new subscription of the products mentioned at Annexure – II under the Save and Subscribe program (“Products”) during the Offer Period
Each such customer who fulfills the criteria mentioned in section 5 above will be entitled to receive a 20% cashback of the subscription created in the form of Amazon Pay balance which will be credited to such customer(s) Amazon.in account within 60 days of delivery of the order. For diaper subscriptions, the cashback is 10%. This offer is valid on the first delivery of the new subscription only.
In addition to the eligibility requirements mentioned above, in order for a customer to be eligible for the Offer, a customer must create a new subscription for any one of the Product(s) mentioned at Annexure – II hereto. It is hereby clarified that a customer will not be eligible under the Offer, if new subscription is created for the products under the following brands:- (i) Optimum Nutrition; and (ii) Muscleblaze.
The customer will be entitled to the cashback in the form of Amazon Pay Balance under this Offer provided that the order is not cancelled by the purchaser or seller and/ or the purchased product(s) should not have been returned or refunded by the customer. The customer will not be entitled to the cashback if the payment has been made through cash on delivery and/or card on delivery mode of payment.
The Offer will not be available on any other product listed on Amazon.in other than the Product(s).
This Offer is valid only the first time a customer makes a subscription during the Offer Period. This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer/ promotion running on Amazon.in.
The Brands reserve the absolute right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms and conditions of the Offer at any time without prior notice. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, Amazon reserves the right to remove these Offer Terms from Amazon.in at any time and without any prior notice.
There are no cash or other alternatives available in whole or in part, in relation to the benefits under this Offer.
All applicable taxes and levies in relation to the products and the Offer, including without limitation sales tax, service tax, goods and services tax etc., shall be payable by you.
You are not bound in any manner to participate in or avail the Offer. This Offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis and participating in or availing the Offer is voluntary. By participating in this Offer, you agree that Amazon will not be liable in any manner whatsoever, for any matter in relation to the Offer, including provision of benefits hereunder by the Brands. Amazon will not mediate any disputes or differences between you and the Brands in relation to this Offer
These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi only.
