The proceedings of the arbitration shall be conducted as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The place of arbitration shall be at New Delhi and language of arbitration shall be English. The existence of a dispute, if at all, shall not constitute a claim against SportsGEO. Any query regarding the Offer will be entertained until 31st July, 2017. Post such date, SportsGEO will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any Customer. All liability with respect to the products purchased lies with the respective seller and SportsGEO shall no way responsible for the same. Customer hereby agrees to indemnify and keep SportsGEO harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorneys fee) that may be suffered by SportsGEO as a consequence of (i) violation of these T&C; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence, by the Customer.
