Valid on Domestic Hotel Bookings made via the MakeMyTrip Android & iOS apps.
Maximum Discount amount applicable Rs. 3,750.
To avail the offer, customer must enter E-Coupon HTLSTAY in the E-Coupon field.
The discount is applicable only on base price.
This offer is valid for hotel check outs till 30th Jun, 2016.
The Cash Back amount will be credited to the customers’ card within 21 working days of the booking.
While making the booking, if the customer enters the incorrect E-coupon code then the customer shall not be eligible for the offer.
Only 1 transaction per card/net banking account will be eligible for the cashback.
Cashback will be calculated on per Email ID & Booking ID basis, that is, customers will be eligible for the maximum of Rs.1,250/- Cashback offer only if he/she has valid domestic hotel booking ID’s as per the other terms and condition mentioned.

If the customer doesn’t receive the cashback amount, he/she can claim for the same within 3 months from the booking date. In the event the Customer fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for the cashback amount.

This offer is not valid on bookings where payment is made directly at the hotel.
MakeMyTrip reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
Offer is not valid on payments made through PayPal account, Cash on Delivery (COD) and EMI Options.
User can pay through My Wallet, Payback points however cashback will be calculated only on the base price or the amount paid using the card whichever is lesser.

MakeMyTrip is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms.
The Customer cannot club two offers in the same booking ID.
The cashback benefit cannot be combined with any other promotional benefit offered for bookings on MakeMyTrip, except in scenarios where the other benefit is not extended/funded by MakeMyTrip.
In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
In no event shall MakeMyTrip be liable for any abuse or misuse of the e-coupon due to negligence of the customer.
If the booking is cancelled, the amount refunded will be less the discount amount and applicable cancellation charges.
The maximum liability of MakeMyTrip in the event of any claim arising out of this offer shall not exceed the value of Rs.2500. MakeMyTrip cannot be held liable for any act and omission attributable to force majeure events.
MakeMyTrip shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Delhi only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
