1. The Offer Is Valid From 10Th August, 2015 To 12Th August, 2015 inclusive of both dates (Offer Period).
2. The offer is valid on www.amazon.in
3.During the offer period, all YES BANK Debit Card holders are eligible to get an additional cashback of 15% on Amazon mobile App and a cashback of 10% on www.amazon.in
4. Minimum Transaction amount is Rs. 5000.
5. Maximum cash back amount per card is Rs. 1500.
6. The cashback will be net of refunds.
7. The discount is not valid for NRI(Global Indian Banking) Customers.


Terms & Conditions
1. This marketing program (“Offer”) is provided by YESBANK Limited (“YESBANK”) under an arrangement
with Amazon Online Distribution Services Private Limited (“Amazon”). It is open to all residents of India
holding a valid and current YES BANK debit card and to whom a communication is sent by YESBANK(“Cardholder”).
2. Under this Offer, YESBANK will provide (i) 10% cash back to YESBANK debit card holders
(“Cardholders”), with a maximum cash back amount of Rs. 1500 per debit card, per successful transaction
worth Rs. 5000 or above made using ‘Pay with Amazon’ provided by Amazon on a website or the mobile
site of such website, by the Cardholders using their debit card issued by YESBANK;
3. The validity of the Offer is from August 10, 2015 to August 12, 2015 unless extended by
YESBANK and/or Amazon at their sole discretion.
4. YESBANK reserves the right to disqualify the Cardholder(s) from the benefits of the Offer, if any
fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said
Offer or otherwise by use of the card.
5. The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
6. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
7. YESBANK and Amazon reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any
reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace,
wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it
altogether.
8. YESBANK Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any participation is
voluntary and the Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
9. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by YESBANK to conduct further, similar or other Offers.
10. The above Offer is by way of a special offer for YESBANK Cardholders only and nothing contained herein
shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the card member agreement. The terms of the above
schemes shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the card member agreement.
11. All disputes between the Cardholders and YESBANK , if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a
result of above Offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have
concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
12. Offer not valid on corporate or commercial cards.
13. Cashback to be credited in customers account by November 12, 2015.
14. Amazon shall not be held liable/ or responsible in any manner whatsoever for any matter in relation to
provision of the cashback by YESBANK to the Cardholders under this Offer.
