EGV can be redeemed against the purchases made from www.croma.com or from Croma stores.
In order to avail offer customer must not cancel the order prior to shipment and/or purchased product must not be returned, refund or refused to accept.
This Offer is valid on select brands and select categories only.
EGV issued during this promotion shall be valid till 365 days from the date of issue.
EGV can be redeemed in a single transaction only, on or before 365 days from the date of issue.
In case of any cancellation and refunds or refuse to accept the delivery of the product, the customer will not be eligible to get the EGV under this promotion.
EGV cannot be used for purchase of Croma EGV or other Croma gift cards.
EGV cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash.

If an EGV is non-functional on account of any technical reason, then the sole liability of Company shall be to reissue/replace the said EGV.
Company shall not be responsible for any lost or stolen EGV and no representations in this regard will be accepted in any form or nature.
Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in Mumbai only
