PLEASE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS CHALLENGE KNOWN AS “IDEA SUPER CHALLENGE SEASON 10”. BY PROCEEDING WITH REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATING IN THE IDEA SUPER CHALLENGE SEASON 10, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS, PLEASE DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE IDEA SUPER CHALLENGE SEASON 10.
Terms and Conditions:
The IDEA SUPER CHALLENGE SEASON 10 (Hereinafter referred to as “Challenge”) is sponsored, organized and administered by One97 Communications Ltd, a company having its registered office at 1st Floor , Devika Tower, Nehru Place, New Delhi - 110019 and corporate office at B-121, Sector 5, Noida, UP 201301 One97(hereinafter referred to as “One97”) in association with Idea Cellular Limited, a company having its registered office at Suman Tower, Plot No. 18, Sector – 11, Gandhinagar – 382 011 and Corporate Office at 5th Floor, Windsor, Off CST Road, Kalina, Santacruz (E), Mumbai-400098 (hereinafter referred to as ‘Idea’) (One97 and Idea shall be jointly referred to as ‘Organizer’)and the Challenge is open for a limited period from 9th January 2016 till 7th April 2016 for the pre-paid as well as post-paid category of the Subscribers1 of Idea for the following telecom Circles.
Gratifications and highest scorer selection:
The selection of the highest scorer shall take place after completion of the Challenge & the gratification shall be distributed thereafter. Highest scorer selection shall be done based on the following criteria:
1. Highest Score
2. Minimum attempts
3. Minimum time taken
4. In- case there is tie between users - then tie breaker round will be conducted.
The participant would be declared as highest scorer by an Independent External Auditor appointed by One97.

Participant can opt for any one of the above assured gratification
Every participant who gets registered for the challenge and scores above mentioned points will be eligible for assured gratification.
Assured gratification can only be claimed once in the entire challenge.
User will get a coupon code which can use at http://paytm.com through mobile internet after creating new Paytm account and redeem the benefits of same. Organisers will not be held responsible if user is not able to use the coupon due to any reason such as non availability of internet connection.
Paytm codes as assured gratification for registered subscriber can be redeemed only once in 90 days.
Note: If a participant participates in the Challenge over both the channels (Voice & SMS), his/her score will only be cumulative and not exclusive for each of the channels. i.e.: if the participant has started participating the Challenge on voice and has scored 2 points in 3 questions, if he/she drops the call and resumes participating through SMS, he/she will be given the 4th question, and if he/she answers the question correctly, his/her score will be 3. And this will be the score that will be considered for the highest scorer selection for all the Gratifications.
o Highest scorer (including spouse of highest scorer and immediate/first blood relatives of highest scorer) of previous challenges organized by Organizer across operators who have received a Bumper / First / Grand Gratification shall not be eligible for the Bumper / First / Grand Gratification under this challenge and highest scorer agree to provide an undertaking to the effect that His/her spouse or immediate/first blood relatives of highest scorer are not the highest scorer of Bumper / First / Grand Gratification of previous challenges organized by Organizer across any operator;
