Eligibility:
 This Offer is available to a select set of Citibank customers who receive and are the intended recipient/s of this
mailer (“Citibank customer”). Any participation in this offer is voluntary by Citibank customer.
 The duration of the Offer shall be from 15th September, 2016 to 15th November, 2016 (“Term”)
 Under this offer Citibank customer (“participant”) is required to use only Citibank ATMs in India for cash withdrawal(s) with their Citibank ATM/ Debit Cards during the two months of the Offer term. Upon successful participation as per Citibank’s criteria, the participant shall receive a voucher as below:
In the event that the applicable Offer criteria is met from 15th September, 2016 to 15th November, 2016 (“Term”), the participant will receive a e-voucher of Rs. 250
 The decision of Citibank shall be final in this regard and the participant shall not claim against Citibank or any of its officers for the same. Use of a Citibank ATM /Debit Card at other bank ATMs during the offer term would disqualify the person from winning the voucher.
 The participants have to perform at least one cash withdrawal transaction during the offer term with their Citibank ATM/ Debit Cards at a Citibank ATM to be eligible for the e-voucher
Voucher related Terms & Conditions:
 Vouchers can be redeemed on the purchase of tickets for Movies only available on BookMyShow
 Voucher can be redeemed on all day all shows, only on BookMyShow Website/Mobile App and cannot be
redeemed directly at the Cinema/Venue Box Office
 Tickets need to be booked minimum 2 days in advance
 Vouchers are valid for 3 Months
 Vouchers can be used only once within the validity period
 Assistance if any can be provided by BookMyShow contact centre on 022 61445050
 Voucher will only be adjusted against the ticket cost. Convenience fees or any additional amount transaction
to be borne by the voucher user if any
To Redeem an e-voucher: Customers who satisfy the Offer criteria and are eligible for the Movie voucher will be
notified through an e-mail on their registered e-mail address, within 60 days of the Offer end-date. The mail would
contain a coupon key to be used on BookMyShow Website/Mobile App. Detailed steps for redeeming the voucher will
also be published in the e-mailer sent to winners.

 Citibank has the sole discretion to change, suspend or modify the Offer or these terms and conditions at any
time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
 Citibank reserves the right to, without liability or prejudice to any of its other rights, at any time, without previous notice and from time to time, withdraw/suspend/amend/cancel this Offer, with or without anyreason
 Nothing or anything contained in these terms and conditions, nor the running of this Offer to which they apply, shall be construed as an obligation on Citibank to continue the Offer up to, on or after the time the Offer Period ends
 Nothing mentioned herein amounts to a commitment or representation from Citibank to conduct further such Offers
 Any disputes regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of products and/or services purchased through the Movie Voucher must be addressed in writing, by the participant directly to the merchant and that Citibank will not entertain any communication in this regard, for any reason whatsoever
 Citibank shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, to a customer, directly or indirectly, by use or non-use of the Movie Voucher and/or products/services purchased through the Movie Voucher
 The participant shall not hold Citibank, its group entities, or affiliates, their respective directors, officers,employees, agents, vendors, responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages,
costs, charges and expenses which an entrant/customer claims to have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claims to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and /or on account of the use or non-use of the Movie Voucher.
 If the Offer and/or anything to be done by Citibank or any other entity in respect of the Offer is prevented or delayed by causes, circumstances or events beyond the control of Citibank or any other entity, including but not limited to computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, interception, fraud, technical failures,
floods, fires, accidents, earthquakes, riots, explosions, wars, hostilities, acts of government or other causes of like or similar or other character beyond the control of Citibank or the other entity/ies, then Citibank and/or the other entity/ies shall not be liable for the same to the extent so prevented or delayed, and will not be liable for any consequences
 The Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the Laws of India
 The Terms & Conditions of the Offer shall be in addition to & not in ubstitution/derogation to the Rules & Regulations governing the use of the Citibank Card/Account and/or the Citibank websites as stated above
 All of Citibank’s actions shall be on a best-efforts basis only
 Any dispute arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India
 Customers/Participants agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions contained herein. Without a Customer/Participant being required to do any further act, the Customer/Participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted the Terms & Conditions herein.
