Terms and Conditions
1.
This offer is brought to you by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (HSBC) and any participation in the said offer is voluntary.
2.
The offer is applicable to existing and new Resident HSBC Credit and Debit Cardholders (hereinafter referred to as the 'Cardholders'). However it will not
be extended to HSBC Credit Cardholders who have not repaid their minimum payment due within 30 days of their payment due date as mentioned on the
credit card statement.
3.
During the period 7 June 2016 to 8 June 2016 (Offer Period), Cardholders will
be entitled to 15% cashback on a minimum card purchase transaction of 2,000 for purchase of Swarovski products, made on the Myntra mobile application (Myntra), with their valid HSBC Credit and Debit Cards (Card). Maximum cashback 1,500 per Card account during the Offer Period. This includes purchases made on Add-on credit cards and multiple debit cards held for the same account (Offer).

HSBC Credit and Debit Cards held by the same customer will be eligible for the Offer separately on each Card. Add-on credit Cardholders will not have separate offer eligibility.
5.
Multiple Card transactions adding up to 2,000 during the Offer Period will not
be eligible for the cashback. However, multiple items adding up to 2,000 included in a single bill will be eligible for the Offer. Multiple Cards cannot be clubbed to make payments against a single order to avail of the Offer.
6.
The Offer is applicable only on purchase of Swarovski products.
7.
The cashback will be credited to the Card account within 45 days from end of
the Offer Period. (i.e. by 23 July 2016).
8.
The cashback is over and above any other discount that may be offered by Myntra during the Offer Period.
9.
Any transaction that is cancelled or reversed during the Offer Period will not be included in the spending amount calculation and will not be considered for the purpose of calculating the cashback eligibility.
10.
All pictures of the merchandise on Myntra are for representative purposes only. Neither HSBC nor Myntra will under any circumstances be responsible towards
the same.
11.
Products under this Offer are subject to availability and neither Myntra nor
HSBC will be liable for non-availability of any of the products.
12.
This Offer can be availed only if the full payment for the purchase is made through an HSBC Credit or Debit Card only. Transactions where payment
(partial or full) is made using any other mode of payment (Myntra Credit,
Myntra Cash, Cash-on-Delivery, other bank Cards, e-wallet options) will not
be eligible for the cashback.
13.
Prior to using the Myntra Mobile Application, the Cardholder should refer, read, understand, accept and agree to the user agreement and terms and conditions of the Myntra Mobile Application, and proceed only if the Cardholder agrees to abide by the same. The Cardholder will be required to give personal information and other details online. The Cardholder should read and understand the privacy policy of the Myntra Mobile Application prior to providing any such information. Any disclosure of information made by the Cardholder towards availing or fulfilment of the Offer is at the sole discretion of the Cardholder and HSBC will not be responsible for the same. Myntra may use the personal information shared by the customer for any other purpose (like marketing, etc.) and HSBC shall not be held liable for such usage of personal information by Myntra.
14.
The Offer is non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-encashable.
15.
HSBC reserves the sole right to decide as to whether a purchase transaction meets the eligibility criteria as listed above. All decisions in respect of the Offer will be at the sole discretion of HSBC and the same will be final, binding and
non-contestable.
16.
HSBC and Myntra reserve the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether at any point in time by providing appropriate notice. The Offer may/may not be extended as mutually agreed by HSBC and Myntra.
17.
HSBC does not make any warranties or representation about the quality, merchantability, suitability or availability of the products offered under this
Offer. Any dispute regarding these aspects must be addressed in writing, by
the customer directly to Myntra at support@myntra.com
18.
HSBC will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever
that may be suffered, as a result of participating in the Offer.
19.
The usage of the credit and debit card shall be governed by the applicable
terms and conditions. Please visit www.hsbc.co.in for the same.
20.
The Offer is subject to force majeure events.
21.
Tax liability, if any will be borne by the Cardholder.
22.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Offer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only. The existence of a dispute,
if any, will not constitute any claim against HSBC.
23.
By participating in this Offer, the Cardholders will be deemed to have accepted
all the aforementioned terms and conditions in totality.
