Repost -
If a user posted a Deal which is Live for a Long span of time and if another user posted the same deal within 30 days then that will be considered as repost. He/She can only post a comment on that thread tagging Admin and Moderator giving other useful info. about the thread, and if the deal promoted to Home Page, He/she will be get 10 Coins.
Not a Repost -
If a user posted a deal and that deal will get expired after one day and after sometime like 3-4 days the deal is live at the same price or lower then the last price then user have to comment on the same thread only tagging Admin and Moderator. He can post the thread after 30 days of posting thread.
