How to avail the offer:-
- Go through the regular shopping flow on the mobile app of Shopclues.
- On the Payment Page, choose Cash Cards/Wallets => Citrus Cash and proceed to payment.
- Pay using Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking / Citrus Cash account.
- Fill in the rest of your details as mentioned on payment page to proceed with transaction completion.
How to activate your offer:-
- An SMS will be sent to the eligible customers once the cash back is credited along with a link to download the Citrus Cash app. Sign up using the same email id and mobile number used at the time of payment.
- For existing Citrus Cash users, the cash back will be transferred in their Citrus Cash account.

Terms and Conditions:-
- Offer is applicable only when an order is placed successfully from the mobile app of Shopclues using Citrus Cash as the payment option.
- Cash back will be provided for Rs.75 or 50% of transaction value, whichever is lower, on shopping through the mobile app of Shopclues using Citrus Cash as the payment option.
- A maximum of ONE cash back per customer (identified through a unique mobile number) paying through Citrus Cash can be availed.
- Cash back offer is applicable on total transaction amount.
- Offer can be availed by both existing and new users of Citrus Cash.
- The cash back shall be credited to the Citrus Cash account of the eligible customer by next working day after making the transaction. The customer will also receive an SMS about the cash back credit.
- Citrus Pay shall be solely responsible for the cashback offer. For any clarifications, the Citrus Cash user can send an e-mail to citruscash@citruspay.com. In case of any disputes, Citrus's decision shall be final.
- Users shall not be entitled to compensation / benefits in any form whatsoever in lieu of the offer being availed.
