Jio Activation Process
1. Customer to Open Tizen Store
2. Search for My Jio app and click on it
3. Click DOWNLOAD
4. Once download is complete, click OPEN
5. Customer clicks on the app icon to open the same and sees this window Default window
6. For first time login, the banner will change to Get JIO SIM within seconds. Customer to click on Get JIO SIM
7. Customer to enter State and city to check availability
8. Customer to enter name and mobile number and click on GENERATE OTP
9. Customer to enter OTP received in the MyJio screen and click SUBMIT
10. Once correct OTP is submitted, Jio welcome Offer code gets generated
11. Customer to present the code to store executive for redemption.
12.Customer to carry phone showing Barcode,proof of identity(POI), proof of address(POA) and 1 passport size photograph with Barcode to any of the Reliance Digital and Dx Mini stores, Modern Trade outlets and prominent multi brand Jio stores.
