- The DTH Recharges 50% Cashback Offer ("Offer") is made available to you by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited ("Amazon") on the website and the mobile site and mobile application thereof (collectively, "Amazon.in") in respect of the Direct-To-Home ("DTH") recharges on Amazon.in.
- All residents of India having an Amazon.in account, who undertake the steps listed in and comply with the conditions stated in these Offer Terms, are eligible to avail this Offer in respect of recharge of DTH connections issued in India.
- This Offer is not available if the customer has availed any other Offer on the DTH recharge transaction.
- This Offer is valid from May 1, 2018 to May 31, 2018 (both days inclusive) ("Offer Period"), unless revoked or extended by Amazon in its sole discretion without any prior notice and without any liability.
- Any customer who undertakes or purchases a recharge on Amazon.in for DTH services provided by any of the DTH service providers ("DTH Providers") during the Offer Period (such recharge, "DTH Recharge") and makes payment for the DTH Recharge through any available payment method will be entitled to receive cashback equivalent to 50% of the value of the concerned DTH Recharge.
- The maximum cashback that can be availed by a customer during the Offer Period is INR 100.
- The cashback under this Offer will be provided to the eligible customers in the form of Amazon Gift Card(s), issued by Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited ("Gift Card"), redeemable as Amazon Pay balance in the Amazon.in account of such eligible customer.
